This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The provisions at 52.212-1, 52.212-3 and the clauses at 52.212-4, 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition; no addenda are attached. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to the email address in the posting. Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests. Any company/vendor interested in attending the site visit shall submit their desire to do so by 12/12/2021 to the individual identified in the posting. Site Visit: Monday, 12/13/2021 - Start Time: 12:00 PM (EST). After the site visit occurs, any company/vendor interested shall submit their questions by 12:00 AM (PST) on 12/15/2021. If any questions were submitted, the estimated time to amend the RFQ to provide guidance (answer questions) is 12/20/21. If any previous amendment does not change the offer date, then all quotes shall be received by 11:00 AM (PST) on 12/23/2021.

Sources Sought Synopsis Only The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, veteran owned small business (VOSB), service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), or large business) relative to NAICS 332618 with size standards of 500 people. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on Federal Contract Opportunities and/or GSA eBuy. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. General Requirements: The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division, has a requirement at CSEDS AEGIS TECHREP Moorestown, New Jersey. CSEDS AEGIS TECHREP requires a Contractor to construct an IT enclosure closet cage located in various Controlled Access Area’s (CAA) throughout the CSEDS facility.
