The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source ESS Technical and Network Engineer services to Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems, LLC. Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems, LLC is the original and only known service provider capable of performing the required ESS Technical and Network Engineer services for this application. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide the required ESS Technical and Network Engineer services in accordance with the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required services to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 541330. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the PWS. Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Julian Garibay via email at julian.p.garibay.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 9:00 AM PDT on 01 August 2022. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
