The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to award on a brand name basis to Quasonix for the purchase of Quasonix Telemetry Receivers. NAICS Code: 334220-Radio and Television Broad castingand Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing In accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207(a) – Preparation and Transmittal of Synopsis, this posting contains all elements. It is requested that all interested Small Business concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), respond with aCapability Statement in order for the Government to determine the Brand Name Nature of this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
