This is a solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Proposals are due no later than the response date in the posting. Proposals shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to francisco.armas@navy.mil. The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (NSWC Corona) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide VLS Backplane Harness Assemblies in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 332710. (3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the SOW. Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Specialist, Francisco Armas, via email at Francisco.Armas@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM PST on 30 October 2020.
