The purpose of this sole source synopsis is to notify Industry of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. This notice is in response to the sources sought notice under the same solicitation number issued on 13 October 2020. As a result of the sources sought notice, the Government anticipates the issuance of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for the acquisition of the DoD Modernization Researxh, Development, Test, and Evaluation Services to Envistacom, LLC, Six Concourse Parkway, Suite 550 Atalnta, GA 30328. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement stating specifically, how their proposed services can meet the Government's requirement whithout compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Capability statement received by 04 January 2021, shall be considered by NSWC Corona.
