The purpose of this sole source synopsis is to notify Industry of the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for this procurement action. This notice is in response to the sources sought notice under the same solicitation number issued on 16 October 2019. As a result of the sources sought notice, the Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of the Next Generation Test Set Air Interface Data Sub-Section to Kratos RT Logic, Inc., 12515 Academy Ridge Vw, Colorado Springs, CO 80921. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement stating specifically how their proposed products can meet the Government's requirements whithout compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. Capability statement received by 13 November 2019, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Acquisition and Readiness Department has a requirement for procuring an air interface data sub-section (uplink, downlink, telemetry, etc.) for testing of surface missiles.
