This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 112.6. This announcement is the only solicitation, therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6426720Q5053 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and is solicited as a small business set-aside. This is an all-or-nothing requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in the scope of work. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). The associated small business size standard is 1000 Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically to vernon.fowler@navy.mil and marcella.webber@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for 30 days after due date and cage code or DUNS number visible on the quote.
