Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Contracts Department Requirement Description The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division is hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information regarding a commercial, modified commercial, or non-commercial product/service solution(s) to the below specifications: The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Surface Range Engineering Branch, RS33 requires the listed part as part of the Vertical Launching System (VLS) Mark 25 (Mk 25). LINE ITEM ITEM P/N NSN QTY 1 Frame Structure, Forward Support 7117055-9 40 The part drawings are Distribution F; companies need to be assessed/vetted to have permission to view Distribution F drawings. Vendors are requested to provide brochures, literature and/or information on their supply/service. Vendors are further required to provide the following information: •a.) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), email address, ALL applicable NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large), company's socioeconomics (i.e., woman-owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.) and DUNS Number. •b.) Typical delivery and/or installation time frames •c.) Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM)/Cost Estimate (for budgetary purposes only) •d.) Equipment origin or place of manufacture. •e.) User(s) location and representative that agency may contact to discuss the product(s) •f.) Warranty information •g.)
