The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to increase the Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort "bridge" effort by 372,341 hours and extend the current contract period of performance for 3 months on an other than full and open competition basis on contract N64267-20-C-0058 for management, operations, maintenance and engineering services with, AECOM Management Services, Inc. 20501 Seneca Meadows Parkway Suite 300 Germantown, MD, 20876-7019. AECOM Management Services, Inc. currently performs this effort under "Bridge" Contract No. N64267-20-C-0058. The anticipated period of performance will span a total of up to three (3) months and include a one (1) month base period and two (2) one (1) month option periods. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. AECOM Management Services, Inc. is the only source capable of providing these highly specialized services during the follow-on Task Order transition period. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. This level-of-effort increase contract modification is required on the current "Bridge" contract N64267-20-C-0058 to provide continued service in support of U.S. Navy mission requirements.
