This Sources Sought Notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to A.K.O., Inc., 50 Baker Hollow Rd., Windsor, CT, 06095 for the following: TSD 2060-3000-4K A.K.O. Torque Force Calibrator (See Attached Draft Statement of Work) This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 3 September 2019, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Brandon Zellers, via email at brandon.zellers@navy.mil, no later than 1:00 PM PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426719R0042 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
