The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to solicit and award a second Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort "bridge" contract for management, operations, maintenance... The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to solicit and award a second Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, Level-of-Effort "bridge" contract for management, operations, maintenance and engineering services for Combined Tactical Training Range systems and equipment in support of Corona Division's Range Systems Engineering Department. This "bridge" contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to the incumbent, AECOM Management Services, Inc. 20501 Seneca Meadows Parkway Suite 300 Germantown, MD, 20876-7019. AECOM Management Services, Inc. currently performs this effort under "Bridge" Contract No. N64267-19-C-0036. The anticipated period of performance will span a total of up to six (6) months and include a three (3) month base period and three (3) one (1) month option periods. Corona Division intends to procure the required "bridge" contract services under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. AECOM Management Services, Inc. is the only source capable of providing these highly specialized services until the competitive follow-on Task Order is awarded. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. This second "bridge" contract is required to provide for continued service in support of U.S. Navy mission requirements until Task Order award is made under competitive NSWC Corona Solicitation No. N6426719R3500.
