This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Range System Engineering Department (RS33) has a requirement for procuring Double Acting Mechanical Shock Isolators that will support the United States (U.S.) Navy (USN) and U.S. Marine Corps (USMC). See Attachment 1, Draft Statement of Work. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed supplies are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice. The response/capability statement(s) shall cover every element in the Draft SOW. Please include Organization name, address, email address, Web site adress, telephone number, and business size and type of ownership for the organization. All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to antonia.roman-varela@navy.mil by the response date in the FBO posting. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: Interested parties shall contact the procurement specialist identified below to receive the Drawing Packages. Vendors are required to submit a valid "Technical Data Agreement" (DD Form 2345) as a condition of receiving the Drawing Packages.
