This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona) has a requirement to procure Vector Network Analyzers. This acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a five-year ordering period. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515, with a size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition is solicited as an unrestricted, competitive procurement. Partial proposals will not be accepted and will not be evaluated. The Government will award a single contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation, and is most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Please see the attached RFP and the Calibration Standard Specification for detailed information on the requirement. Proposals are due no later than 11 March 2019 at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
