This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This FBO posting identifies all required elements for FAR 5.207 (Preparation and transmittal of synopses), and FAR part 12.6 (Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires radio replacements/upgrades for UHF/VHF Rack Radios as described in the Solicitation. The anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.
