Email should reference Presolicitation Notice N6426719R0032 in the subject line. **NOTE: Interested parties shall contact the procurement specialist identified to receive access to the attachments. Vendors are required to submit a valid "Technical Data Agreement" (DD Form 2345) as a condition of receiving the attachments. Responses submitted by those who did not request the attachments are not acceptable and will not be considered.**
