NSWC Port Hueneme Division is conducting RFI market research to identify qualified sources for a potential future procurement to manufacture, assemble, test, finally accept, and deliver VLS Launch Control Units for USN DDG 51 Class and Allied Navy requirements. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only, does not constitute an IFB, RFQ, or RFP or a Government commitment, and response costs will not be reimbursed. Responses may inform Small Business set-aside decisions under NAICS 334519, and small business concerns must be able to perform at least 50% of the manufacturing cost, excluding materials, under FAR 52.219-14. Interested parties should provide company information and a capability statement covering prime-contractor management, technical ability, capacity, and ISO 2001:2015/2008 or AS9100D certification or a path to it.
