Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the manufacture, assembly, test and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Programmable Power Supply (PPS) MK 179 Mod 0, Part Number 7104312-39, Maintenance Assistance Module (MAM) kit, Onboard Repair Part (OBRP) kit, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares kit, Depot spares kit, and Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) kit. Sources Sought notice was posted on 07 April 2020 to BETA.sam.gov. The Specifications/Drawing package will be provided via FedEx upon written request from the Offeror to matthew.j.heagy.civ@us.navy.mil and john.s.carhart.civ@us.navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program. The Offeror's written request shall include a cage code and a mailing address. Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at matthew.j.heagy.civ@us.navy.mil and nayneet.kaur.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at john.s.carhart.civ@us.navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 15 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 15 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.
