The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the manufacture, assembly, test, final acceptance and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Module Transformer Platform (MTP), Maintenance Assistance Module (MAM) kit, Onboard Repair Part (OBRP) kit, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares kit, Depot spares kit, and Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) kit, for the Air Dominance Department of NSWC PHD. NSWC PHD is a field activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The Sources Sought notice was posted to SAM.gov on 28 April 2021. The specifications/drawing package will be available via FedEx or DoD Safe (https://safe.apps.mil/) upon written request submitted from the Offeror to michael.torres4@navy.mil and nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program. Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at michael.torres4@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received two weeks prior to the closing date of this solicitation. Questions received after may not be answered prior to the proposal due date. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions and to provide CDRLs in a revised format.
