The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals to fabricate, assemble, test, and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Launch Control Unit (LCU) MK 235 Mod 17, Mod 18, Maintenance Assistance Module (MAM) kit, Onboard Repair Part (OBRP) kit, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares kit, and Depot spares kit for LCU MK 235 Mod 17, Mod 18, Mod 15, Mod 12 and Mod 11. A pre-solicitation notice was posted on 02 December, 2020 to beta.sam.gov. The specifications/drawing package will be available via FedEx upon written request submitted from the Offeror to estefania.cordova-ru@navy.mil and nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program. Offerors may submitt questions regarding this solicitation by e-mailing the Contract Specialist at estefania.cordova-ru@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received two weeks prior to the closing date of this solicitation. Questions received after may not be answered prior to the proposal due date. Solicitation Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update the quantities required for Base Year, Option Year 1, Option Year 2, Option Year 3, and Option Year 4. As a result, attachment J-S-1 has been updated accordingly. Solicitation Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry received to date and to extend the solicitation's closing date. Solicitation Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry received to date and to extend the solicitation's closing date. Solicitation Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to industry received to date. Solicitation Amendment 5: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation's closing date to allow additional questions submitted by industry. Solicitation Amendment 6: The purpose of this amendment is to answer industry questions received to date, incorporate clause 252.223-7999 CD 2021O0009 in accordance with Executive Order 14042, and to extend the solicitation's closing date.
