Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) carries out engineering, technical, and logistics functions to conduct the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) mission. The customer organizations served by the Department include the ships of the US Navy, US Navy shore activities, and the navies of allied nations purchasing ISEA services. The Depot and Warehouse Operations at Naval Weapons Station Yorktown (NWSY) supports the ISEA mission. The Contractor shall provide Material Kits and Logistics Support for the Depot and Warehouse Operations at Navy Munitions Command Atlantic (NMCLANT) located at NWSY, Virginia. The Logistics Support associated with the Depot and Warehouse Operations includes performing material tracking, forecasting, inventory management, equipment maintenance, material preservation, packing, crating, and handling for shipments and receipt transactions; storage area set up, reconfiguration and management/organization, material shipping, material disposal, inventory database updates, routine inventories, and procurement of incidental materials.
