This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is seeking the following: The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed priced contract to a responsible source who submits a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for the following: Sole Source Requirement: MK (MARK) 683 Computer Assembly SUBSYSTEM INTERNAL WIRING per the assembly drawings consists of a VME Chassis that is wired to various connectors in an enclosure. It specifically carries the signals necessary to simulate a vertical launch system for the MK (Mark)-683. Note, the drawings that make up the Technical Data Package will be sent to selected vendor to build from. The drawings are owned by NAVSEA and requires a custom test equipment for the Vertical Launch System (MK-41).
