NSWC PHD is a field activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Sources Sought notice was posted to Beta.SAM.gov on 15 November 2019. This solicitation is a request for competitive proposals and will be set aside for Small Business concerns. This is a build to print requirement in accordance with the Government furnished TDP. These drawings are restricted, and can only be made available to DoD Contractors under the Joint Certification Program, upon written request to the Contract Specialist latoya.ford@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. Drawings are made available via DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/). N6339420R0002 CMTS PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS/ADVANCE NOTICE This advance notice is in response to the sources sought notice issued on 13 December 2019. As a result of this sources sought notice, the anticipated requirement will be solicited as a small business set - aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) anticipates a contract requirement for the procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, final acceptance and delivery of VLS CMTS MK 680 MOD 3 part number (p/n) 8410135 for the Air Dominance Department of the NSWC PHD. NSWC PHD is a field activity of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The anticipated performance periods will span five (5) years which include a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is anticipated and, with inclusion of options, the cumulative value is estimated to be 12.5M approximately. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or around June 2020. Drawings will be provided to all JCP-registered requestors via AMRDEC SAFE. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation in response to the RFP which shall be considered by the agency.
