This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is seeking the following: The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed priced contract to a responsible source who submits a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for the following: This wired unit per the assembly drawings and Bill of Materials consist of a VME Chassis that is wired to various connectors in an enclosure. It specifically carries the signals necessary to simulate a missile in the vertical launch system for the MK (Mark)-683. Note, the drawings that make up the Technical Data Package will be sent to selected vendor to build from. The drawings are owned by NAVSEA and we are the only authorized entity allowed to build these test units. This is customer test equipment for the Vertical Launch System (MK-41), designed, built and maintained by NAVESEA only. 1) MK (Mark) 683 Computer Assembly Subsystem Internal Wiring.
