This announcement is not a request for quotes or proposals but all responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, AMPRO ADLINK, Cage Code 0HR87 under the authority of FAR 13.106. The NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION is seeking to purchase commercial off the shelf CM740 Processor Boards for applications the control modules within the VLS system. All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: 1. CM740 Processor Board CM-740-R-16 USNavy-2 MT, CC, TS Part Number 9363015B Quantity: 2500 Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) item This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes with supporting documents received before the closing date of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number is N63394-19-T-0069 and the solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-003. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
