It appears part number 8652132 is for the bare PWB and the 8652126 is for the complete CCA. Please let me know which one would be referenced on the contract. Bonnie: PTC Lite-S is part number 8652126-9. Please reference 8652126-9. 2. Do you have a target ship date for the first 25 pc shipment or shall we quote best possible lead time for the best price? Bonnie: quote best possible lead time for the best price. 3. Is item #2 (Option one) for a one time shipment or over a span of 1 year? Bonnie: one time shipment for option. 4. Is Testing required, as called out on drawing number 8652126, note #7? Bonnie: yes, testing is required in accordance with note 7 and the document that note 7 points to. a. If so, we will need the following documents: 8571105, 8571104, 8693380, 8571106. Bonnie: provided in the attached zip file. 7. Can you provide document WS20120 for the solder dip requirements? Bonnie: attached. 8. Can you provide document WE20203 for the UID label requirements? Bonnie: attached. 9. Can you provide drawings below: 7373741-00 STUD, SPACER, 737342-00 NUT, SPACER, 737343-00 SCREW, MODIFIED Bonnie: those are not NAVSEA drawing #. They are commercial parts. 10. The one question that we still have about the testing is whether or not the testing is going to be done by the Navy. The documents that were sent to complete the test include building the actual test equipment which I imagine the Navy already has. Bonnie: Ruben, Yes, the Navy will be doing the testing. 11. Gerber files The Gerber files are in the attached zip file. 12. We are working on the above referenced solicitation and there is a solder dip specification that is called out for several of the parts. Our purchasing contact sent a request to Corfin and they have never processed any of the parts listed and would need to do some qualification testing.(see notes below) Is there a company that the Navy can suggest that already has experience in solder dipping these parts?
