DRS shall execute the production and delivery of the AN/SPA-25H Radar Indicator Group. The anticipated order is intended to be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Full and open competition need not be provided for when the supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source or only from a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DRS Laurel Technologies is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to support this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
