The following wireless services to be provided to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, White Sands Detachment, White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico are listed below. In addition, a new Delivery Order will be created under contract N00244-18-D-0003 in FY 22. The associated Justification & Authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source will be posted within 14 days after contract award per FAR 6.305 (a). Verizon has numerous towers installed throughout the range to maximize coverage; therefore, this procurement will be utilizing their cellular wireless support for providing the services required at the level of quality that can meet the requirements needed for the bandwidth capability on the missile range and surrounding vicinity. Intermittent cell phone coverage would be detrimental to the government and could result in mission failure and safety concerns. No solicitation package will be publicized.
