Material Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract for a commercial Logistics Support Analysis Report (LSAR) training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The object of this course is to be able to help NSWC PHD logisticians be prepared to help meet the needs of the fleet by understanding the life cycle of the ships and systems we support. Location of training courses will be within a 10-mile radius of NSWC PHD, Port Hueneme, California. This requirement is for a Base Year + Two Option Years.
