This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N63394-19-T-0181, is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 dated 13 August 2019.. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210, with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 Million. Product/Service Code (PSC) is 7030. This is a Brand Name requirement with sources limited to the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Agreement Holders under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) N66001-19-A-0054. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division NSWC PHD intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price contract for two (2) commercial training courses for PTC Arbortext Extensible Markup Language (XML), with two (2) option years to procure an additional two (2) training courses per year, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Location of training courses will be Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California. Specific dates for each course TBD.
