This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05 The Associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Product Service Code (PSC) is 6625 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division is seeking the following: Procuring 4 Data Acquisition System kits needed to support time critical diagnosis, analysis, and repair of the RAM launching system in support of deployed fleet units - fleet CASREPs. The advanced triggering models that are supported by the TMX-18 combined with the ability to monitor 18 signals simultaneously will allow personnel the ability to more quickly identify problems and determine corrective measures needed to restore warfighting capability. The Data Acquisition System will have a solid state drive option upgrade as the software needed to operate and a hard case for travel. These kits will be used as Field-able General Purpose Test Equipment (GPTE) used in troubleshooting and data collection both in shipboard and laboratory environments. The solid state drive option upgrade and the IRIG A,B,E,G, NASA 36 & GPS Location/Timing Option will be installed by the vendor. The envisioned item anticipated to be procured from a contractor as a result of a potential future solicitation is identified below.
