The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source, Sparton Aydin, LLC, Cage Code 70MF8 under the authority of FAR 13.106. This announcement is not a request for quotes or proposals but all responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION, In accordance with Ship Change Document (SCD) 7333 and the SHIPALT (SA) 77333 fielding plan, NSWC PHD requires QTY (2 EA) of the AN/SVD-2(V) 1 Analog Camera System Kit. This kit is identified by Part Number: 359-7008-502. Each kit contains the following items: QTY (2 EA) Analog Cameras/Pedestal Assemblies, QTY (2 EA) Analog Interface/Controller Enclosures, QTY (1 EA) RS-485 Distribution Enclosure, and QTY (2 EA) PTZ Controller and Mounts. P/N: 359-7008-502 is a topside Analog Camera System that was implemented to provide visual coverage for the Vertical Launching System (VLS) and Helo operations on board Aegis Guided-Missile Destroyers (DDGs) and Guided-Missile Cruisers (CGs). All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: 1. Item - AN/SVD-2(V)1 Analog Camera System Kit Delivery: 12 Weeks ARO This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes with supporting documents received before the closing date of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation number is N63394-19-R-0024 and the solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334118, with a small business size standard of 1,000. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
