Per the RFQ, under the Instructions to Quoters on page 1, you will see two (2) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes, 541519 and 513210. Through the market research process, this requirement was found available from sources in the open market (513210) and NASA SEWP (541519), and to ensure maximum competition, all available sources are being solicited directly. A final decision on the NAICS code will be dependent upon the selected vendor that is determined to be the Best Value based on the evaluation factors, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA), as stated in the RFQ. All responses are due by 12:00 PM EST on Mondaty, 24 July 2023.
