NCIS requires the procurement of Ballistic and Tactical gear in support of NCIS Special Agent Corps. The Ballistic and Tactical gear must be designed and used specifically for safety and protection, and serve the purpose of keeping law enforcement, military personnel, and first responders safe. The gear will include boots, vests, and other items of clothing, as well as high tech equipment such as night vision goggles and sophisticated communication devices.
