The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) hereby gives notice that an award was made on a sole source basis to Limestone Technologies, Inc., 2263 Princess Street, Kingston,On, K7M 3G1, Canada, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 - "Only one responsible source…". The Government awarded a Sole Source Contract with a period of performance of 1 February 2022 through 31 January 2023, with provisions for four one-year option periods. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation documents are available and requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
