This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (solicitation number N6328521T1006) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96, Effective 22 August 2018 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20171228 (Effective 24 August 2018) Edition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM Local Washington DC Time, Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Quotes shall be sent via email to keshia.mckinney.ctr@ncis.navy.mil with RFQ # listed in the subject line. Any questions regarding this acquisition should be directed to Keshia McKinney by 1:00 PM Local Washington DC Time, Friday, 19 March 2021. Vendors shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. By submitting a response, the vendor confirms to have sourced all manufacturer products submitted from the manufacturer or through manufacturer authorized partners only. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Business (Total Small Business). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 employees.
