This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION to conduct market research to support requirement development and determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Contingency Response Field Office (CRFO) is seeking information for potential sources for supply items to be provided by the Contractor to perform specialized training with a mixture of advanced military and law enforcement tactics needed to ensure the safety of NCIS Special Agent Corps, Active Duty USN Members and a small cadre of professional staff throughout the enterprise that are routinely deployed to high-risk overseas locations in support of matters of national security.
