Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Quantico, VA intends to award a contract, on a Sole Source basis, to Evocavi, LLC, 2063 E Willow Wick Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”, “Only One Responsible Source”. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) has a requirement for services to provide Science-based Interview and Interrogation Training. In accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, the NCIS Acquisition Division (Code 14B) is issuing a solicitation for the acquisition of such services. Required specifications are listed in Schedule of Supplies/Services within the solicitation and in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, Effective March 10, 2021 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 02-24-2021.
