The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Business Operation Support Services in support of the Naval Heritage and History Command (NHHC) under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business set- aside. Anticipated posting of solicitation # N0018921Q0267 to beta.sam.gov on or around 11 July 2022. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541611. The size standard is $16.5 Millions of dollars Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
