This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Contract will be evaluated on Best Value. This Contract will be awarded for a full service maintenance agreement for a Getinge Model 744LS Sterilizer and a Getinge Model ES-72 Boiler. Service is requested for labs at Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in San Diego, 92106. As NHRC is a Government facility, no sales tax will be paid. All quotes must include the Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. Quotes must identify prices for each year individually. All invoices for this standing order will be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) - Invoicing Receipt Acceptance Property Transfer (iRAPT). Period of Performances: Base Year 9 May 2019 through 8 May 2020 Option Year One - 9 May 2020 through 8 May 2021 Option Year Two - 9 May 2021 through 8 May 2022 Option Year Three - 9 May 2022 through 8 May 2023 Option Year Four - 9 May 2023 through 8 May 2024 Contract will be for a base year plus four option years. Contract will be written that includes funding for the Base Year and the dollar values but no funding for the four Option Years. As the first Option Year approaches, both NHRC and Vendor will have the option to exercise or chose to not exercise the Option Years. If both NHRC and vendor agree, at the end of the Base Year, funding will be added to the first Option Year. The same would be applicable to the second through fourth Option Years. Quotes are required for the base and each option year.
