This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Contract will be evaluated on Best Value. This Contract will be awarded for a full service maintenance agreement for a QIAcube Connect System as well as QIAcube HT/QIAxtractor Instrument. Service is requested for labs at Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in San Diego, 92152. As NHRC is a Government facility, no sales tax will be paid. All quotes must include the Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. Quotes must identify prices for each year individually. All invoices for this order will be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) - Invoicing Receipt Acceptance Property Transfer (iRAPT).
