This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Contract will be evaluated on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). NAMRU-Dayton requests the immediate purchase of a turnkey data collection system capable of synchronizing multiple hardware systems and provide biomechanical measurement data. This system will be used to study the biomechnics of neck pain in aviators and aircrew. The system needs to meet the following requirements: § Ability to synchronize multiple sensor systems (i.e., motion capture, electromyography, and force plate) •o Continuous biomechanical measurement of joint kinematics and segment displacement •o Continuous measurement of muscle activity through electromyography sensors •o Continuous measurement of force transducer data •§ Real-time visualization •o Biomechanics module for joint tracking visualization •o Biofeedback module to control/manipulate/direct tasks •§ Ability to add and/or update components as needed with ease (i.e., virtual reality and eye-tracking) •§ Easy-to-use interface •§ 12 months of maintenance, subscription, and support •§ On-site configuration, installation, and training All items will be shipped to Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433. Please submit quotes to both POC's listed. The quote should include all applicable shipping and handling costs. As NAMRU-D is a Government facility, no sales tax will be paid. All invoices for this standing order will be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF) - Invoicing Receipt Acceptance Property Transfer(iRAPT).
