This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501(a) - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order for Arctic Buoys to LBI. inc. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated delivery date will be 20 weeks from date of award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
