Integrated Logistics Support Office (ILS), FLC Norfolk, Newport News Annex has the responsibility for ensuring the USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN-74) is outfitted at the completion of the Refueling Complex and Overhaul (RCOH) performed at Newport News Shipbuilding (Hereafter HII-NNS). A major portion of this outfitting effort includes refurbishment of the Flag, Commanding Officer, and Executive Officer complexes, as well as Wardrooms, Chief Petty Officer’s Mess, Chapel, Museum and other spaces known as “High Visibility” compartments that house/host VIP and other designated officials or support crew moral. The overall effort requires two phases. The first phase will determine the material and design requirements, to include a material list for each compartment, based on the “Triple F” concept of Fit, Form and Function of each compartment identified as High Visibility. The second phase, which is described in this Statement of Work (SOW), is to procure and install all material for each compartment.
