The Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair, Groton CT (SSGR) intends to establish multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for refurbishing weapon Shipping Harnesses according to an attached specification. The BPA ordering period is up to five years, with performance from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2032. Each BPA has a ceiling of up to $500,000 and a BPA call limit of $100,000; funding is not assigned to the BPA, and calls will be competed among agreement holders. Offerors must provide property management system documentation and a pricing schedule covering each year of the period of performance. Awards will be made on a best-value basis using technical qualifications/ability to meet schedule, past performance, and price, with the Government intending to evaluate without discussions.
