This opportunity is a 100% small business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture four Virginia Class submarine hatch covers: two Logistics Escape Trunk (LET) and two Logistics Plug Trunk (LPT) environmental protection enclosures. Delivery is required by 31 December 2026 to Naval Submarine Base New London, Building 107, Groton, CT, with deliveries accepted Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:30 PM EST. Offerors must provide pricing for the two manufacturing line items and a shipping line item, confirm whether shipping is included or an additional charge, and confirm they can meet the delivery date. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror, and offerors must comply with the statement of work and facility access requirements. Registration in SAM is required to receive a federal award.
