This is a 100% small-business set-aside opportunity for in-person Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) Level III instruction and certification for two personnel. The period of performance must conclude prior to 30 September 2026, with services performed at the contractor’s facility or another designated CONUS classroom location. Award will be based on best overall value, with technical factors (including instructor certifications and NAVSEA/MIL-STD expertise) more important than price.
