CHECK-IN 3/8/25 and CHECK-OUT 3/14/25 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC-2025-3 dated 17 January 2025. This is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, NAICS Code 721110 Size Standard $40,000,000. Scope of Work: In accordance with the attached Solicitation, RFQ N6278925Q0007, Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair (SSGR) Groton, CT requires 15 hotel rooms for SIX nights within a 20 mile/30-minute commute from Port Canaveral, Florida. Room Requirements: Each room shall be equipped with the following at a minimum: • 2 beds, either 2 twin beds or 2 queen beds per room • Rooms shall have local calling ability • TV with basic cable shall be provided; premium cable can be provided if it is at no additional cost to other guests. • Normal hotel amenities for the local area. • No hotels with exterior room access will be accepted (i.e. rooms must be accessible via an interior lobby only). Period of Performance: The period of performance shall start on 8 March 2025 and end on 14 March 2025. Offeror must include the following in their quote submission: Active SAM.gov registration Name and address of the hotel Description of the room Hotel Amenities Past performance history for similar Government contracts for hotel stays. Nightly room rate/number of nights and total price. Return signed solicitation N6278925Q0007 SSGR will issue a tax exemption certificate when contract is awarded. Nightly rate should not exceed the Government Per Diem rates for Port Canaveral, Florida for March 2025 set by U.S. General Services Administration. Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted via email to kyle.r.berg3.civ@us.navy.mil AND stephanie.l.neale.civ@us.navy.mil. Quotes are due no later than 5pm EST on 26 February 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Offerors are advised to submit electronic documents early and confirm successful transmission/receipt.
