This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N62789-23-Q-0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2022-03 with an effective date of 30 December 2021. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 532490, size standard: $35,000,000. CLIN 0001: The contractor shall provide rental of one (1) 1000KW power diesel generator (not more than 5 years old) and deliver and pick-up at the government facility located at Naval Submarine Base, New London (located in Groton, CT) at the time and date coordinated with the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC). The Contractor is responsible for providing the basic related equipment and supplies to ready connect these generator to the government equipment at the time of delivery. Evaluation of all line items will not obligate the Government to award all line items. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The lowest price offeror will be evaluated first for technical acceptability. If determined to be technically unacceptable, the next lowest offeror will be evaluated, etc. Proposals are due prior to 12:00PM ET, 19 December 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.
