This is a 100% small business set-aside for two brand-name Kohler 40EKOZD Marine GENSETs, requiring the offeror to be an authorized Kohler dealer or distributor. Delivery is FOB destination to Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT, with a required delivery date of 1 March 2027. A revised statement of work confirms that the open-unit guard kit is not required when the sound shield/enclosure is provided. Offerors must be registered in SAM and meet all performance criteria to be considered technically acceptable. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
