UPDATED 5 JUNE 2023 IN RESPONSE TO VENDOR INQUIRY: CUSTOMER NOTES THAT FIFTY (50) MILE RADIUS CANNOT BE WAIVED AS THEY WILL BE DELIVERING AND PICKING UP THE BOAT FROM VENDOR LOCATION. NOTE: The Government will arrange drop off and pickup of 22ft Boston Whaler to and from vendor's facility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N62789-23-Q-0015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2022-03 with an effective date of 30 December 2021. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 336612, size standard: 1,000. CLIN 0001: 3.1 Fiberglass Repairs: See Specification Section 3.1 for details. CLIN 0002: 3.2 Repair, prep and paint hull and deck: See Specification Section 3.2 for details. CLIN 0003: 3.3 Replace hydraulic steering system: See Specification Section 3.3 for details. CLIN 0004: 3.4 Drain and inspect fuel tank: See Specification Section 3.4 for details. CLIN 0005: 3.5 Replace batteries, trays and battery switch: See Specification Section 3.5 for details. CLIN 0006: 3.6 Repair Dolphin Door: See Specification Section 3.6 for details. CLIN 0007: 3.7 Replace bilge pumps, switches, and discharge: See Specification Section 3.7 for details. Performance location is as follows: TBD – Contractor Facility The Government will evaluate the total offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all line items. Evaluation of all line items will not obligate the Government to award all line items. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Proposals are due prior to 5:00PM EST, 16 June 2023.
